irenedp Posted April 13, 2024 Share #1 Posted April 13, 2024 Advertisement (gone after registration) Since a couple days back, LRC keeps closing unexpectedly at random. Sometimes right after starting. Anyone experiencing this issue with Mac OS Ventura? If so, any solution found? As usual, it might be Apple or Adobe. I've done two LRC reinstalls, the last one with full removal, to no avail. Thanks in advance

irenedp Posted April 13, 2024 Author Share #3 Posted April 13, 2024 Thank you, I will do. One thing I found (this was after a catalog version upgrade... hate those things) is that when I tried to send the report to Adobe the email address was missing. I found a trend on the net speaking about an email address disparity causing the program to close (might be a security feature established by Adobe in case you're trying to pirate access... sighs). Anyhow, I solved that issue and am keeping my fingers crossed.
irenedp Posted April 14, 2024 Author Share #4 Posted April 14, 2024 sadly the issue persists and Lightroom crashes right after opening. I have moved everything to Bridge.
