50mm f1.4 Summilux Close Focus aperture ring wiggle

Does the new 50mm f1.4 Summilux-M Close Focus have a bit of a wiggle in the aperture ring or is it just my copy?

My lens has a little give or wiggle when I move the aperture ring up and down.  Is this normal?

Depends on how much wiggle room you are talking about, could be normal or not normal.

Recent 5-10 years, Leica's quality has been down to sh*t. I have a 35 Lux ASPH FLE v1 copy, the aperture ring wiggles but my friend's copy doesn't wiggle.

So live with that if it's not affecting anything else.
