a Leica Fotos App new install on iPad question

May I ask a question about the Leica FOTOS App:   

I have the App on my iPhone working well with two Leica cameras.  Now newly installed the Leica FOTOS App on a iPad Mini; The iPhone & the iPad are synced on iCloud, but I do not see the two camera info on the Leica FOTOS App on the iPad...  Do I need to or pair up each of the cameras with the Leica FOTOS app on the iPad?   Or I'm doing something not correct so that Leica FOTOS App is not synced from my iPhone automatically to the newly installed iPad?

You'll need to add both cameras to the iPad app. They have to hook up directly, not through iCloud.
