Leica Noctivid issue

good day all, on the side of having great pleasure with my Q2 I carry with me a pair of Noctivid 10x42 very often and in any kind of weather. They have a tough life but I do care. 

It's been a little while that I started getting bothered by the lens eyes diopter adjustment getting mixed up. I thought it would be on the move, when I was grabbing the Noctivid but its actually when I have to focus that the wheel (perfectly pushed and engaged) that moves the the diopter adjustment. 

any idea, recommendation?
