Eppower Posted November 27, 2007 Share #1 Â Posted November 27, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hi there, Â I recently bought a Digilux 2 which seemed ok, but all my pics, especially taken outside are much too blue. Of course I could correct in PS, but it looks like something's wrong. Does anyone recognize? Â Eppo

MJLogan Posted November 27, 2007 Share #2 Â Posted November 27, 2007 Sounds like a white-balance problem. Check that setting.
andybarton Posted November 27, 2007 Share #3 Â Posted November 27, 2007 Lots of digital sensors seem to record too blue, the Digilux 2 amongst them. Â Can you set a manual WB on the D2? If so, this will help a lot.
wda Posted November 27, 2007 Share #4 Â Posted November 27, 2007 If you are shooting Raw, it shouldn't matter. You can adjust WB to your liking in PS or whatever software you prefer. Perhaps you are judging the jpegs on the lcd; stick to Raw.
Eppower Posted November 28, 2007 Author Share #5 Â Posted November 28, 2007 Thanks guys, for the time being I set the WB to auto and I'm sticking in raw now. Much better results. Cheers you all.
