I updated the firmware to to 2.0.1. using the SD card method. The upgrade looked like it went through completely. However, when I tried connecting the Fotos app to it, it was complaining that the WiFi was not working. I turned off the camera, but then when I turned it back on, I got a blank black screen (though the camera was actually "on"). I took out the battery a couple times, and that didn't resolve the issue. I ended up removing the SD card, turned on the camera without the SD card, and it was behaving normally. I then put back in the SD card and the camera worked fine, issue resolved. (This fix was motivated here https://www.macfilos.com/2022/02/01/bricked-your-new-leica-m11-heres-the-quick-fix/, though I didn't need to delete the firmware file on the SD card.) (Of note the Fotos app continued to have problems with WiFi, even after removing/readding the Q3. I ultimately ended up resetting the Q3 and now it works normally.)
