At what shutter speed exactly is my CL supposed to add a NR frame?  My understanding is a 1sec exposure and above will give a NR frame.

I can detect no NR frame at all at 1 sec exp'.  Only at 4 secs exp' does it start to add a NR frame telling you that “noise reduction in progress” At 2 and 3 secs there is no extra NR frame added I can detect. Occasionally even at speeds of 4 secs it won’t add a NR frame?

I'm thinking that if the light level is high enough even with 1 sec and greater exposures it will decide that no NR frame is needed?
