Q2M - face/eye recognition - what's the default if the AF can't find a face.

So I dusted off my Q2M and did a firmware update from 2 to 5.1.  I haven't used the Q2M for a while but I noticed there's an updated face/eye recognition. I'm wondering if that's a good default setting for street photogaphy.  What happens when the AF doesn't recognize a face - what's the default AF?  Andrew
