XMan Posted November 26, 2023 Share #1 Posted November 26, 2023 Advertisement (gone after registration) When shooting with flash in less than bright conditions I prefer to work in manual mode and, for instance, when shooting presentations of trophies indoors at night from a few metres away I will set 1/60 sec, f5.6 using TTL flash, Usually the vewfinder/screen will show that setting as under-exposing (which is what I want so the background is dark in the final image) and the view will be dark making it hard for me to see the subject. On my Fuji cameras I can turn the metering shown on the viewfinder/screen off and have a bright image to focus and check composition etc. I cannot find if I can do that with my CL. Is there a way I can adjust the screen brightness in this situation please?
