TL2 Sensor - Enormous hot pixel strips?

So I started playing around with long exposure after going round a gallery (inspiration!) — but some of the shots on the TL2 came out like this.

Anyone seen this, should I be concerned? I only got this camera in the summer 'new' (obviously it's been sat unopened) from MrPorter, strangely enough.

One photo was OK, then next one like this again. Other photos before and after on that day also fine, so just the long exposures.

Is this just hot pixels, should be once in a blue moon though right, not like 3 or 4 in quick succession? Exposure times were only about 2.5-3secs.

Here's two frames where it happened laid over each other, the pixel strips seem mostly to be in the same place.
