My Q3 custom menu keeps disappearing

I’ve made two attempts to set up the personalised menu which should appear second In the menu tabs. On each occasion it works fine for the rest of that day, but when I go back a few days later, that menu (with the star icon) has simply vanished. Is there some overall ‘save’ setting I’m missing? Thanks if anyone can help.

Well that might be the answer. Having created it, I then need to save it as part of each and every profile I want to use it with? I suppose that means you can a different custom menu for each of your profiles. But is it clear in the instructions that you have to do that? Thanks, though, I’ll try it.

Yes it looks like one does have to repeat and then save for each user profile. I’d rather hope it could be standardised - and it seems there’s no way of adding it to the default menu, which I’d like to do. I suppose I can set up another profile which is basically default plus the extra menu.
