Stan Raucher Posted November 17, 2007 Share #1 Posted November 17, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) I haven't had success trying to hand code my Voigtlander 25/4 P and Voigtlander 40/1.4 M-mount lenses with a sharpie using codes from Carsten's site and Bob Blakley's the template. It appears that both of these lenses have a screw in the coding area. Has anyone had the the mount from these lenses milled by John Milch for coding? If so, how is the screw hole dealt with? Also, I would like to file the flange on the 40mm lens down so it brings up the 35mm frame lines. Does anyone have hints, warnings or recommendations for the this procedure? What kind of file do you use? How much of the flange needs to be removed? Thanks, Stan

sean_reid Posted November 18, 2007 Share #2 Posted November 18, 2007 E-mail John, he can explain how it works. I had a CV 21P bayonet milled and it works great. Cheers, Sean
