If anyone wants a black Q3 Leica brand thumb support (# 19533) , the dealer from which I bought my Q3 has one in stock. It was actually on backorder for me but I found one a few weeks ago so this one is available!

Talk to Matt at The Pixel Connection in Ohio +1 (440) 934-1544. They are an authorized Leica dealer and I have had great experiences with them. The black thumb grips seem to still be backordered at most dealers so if you want this one, I'd jump on it. 

By the way, I've had mine a few weeks and I consider it essential for grip, balance, and overall ergonomics. The buttons on the thumb support work well and even easier to use than directly on the camera. Highly recommended accessory.
