Syncing photos from Q3 to iPhone with Fotos App.

First, I have found the Fotos app with Apple devices to be excellent. Unexpectedly so.

 

But I do have a question.
 

Camera and iPhone are linked. Take photos. The only way to update App (Leica Gallery) seems to be to turnoff Q3 and reconnect to App at which point photos then are showing in Leica Gallery. 
 

Is there someway to update Leica Gallery another way (i.e. not disconnecting/reconnecting)?

Would be interested in that reply as well since I did not find a way how to update the gallery with the last taken photos either, as long as the camera is still connected.

I’ve had luck switching away from the app and back to it while leaving the camera on….You might need to refresh the connect.

Leica, if you're listening, you need to add a way to refresh Leica Gallery while connected.
