Hi, when I want to focus manually (with the focus ring) - and i press the central button to make a picture, it still autofocusses. What do I do wrong?

Which button do you mean when you write "Central Button"? The shutter button or the one in the middle of the directional pad (D Pad)?

The button in the middle of the D Pad will magnify what you are focusing on, only the shutter button will take a photo.

If you've moved the lens focusing ring, by pressing down the small button on the lens focus ring finger grip and rotating it, then you will be in manual focus mode and shouldn't be able to use autofocus.

You probably should unlock the manual focus feature first if the camera is still autofocusing.  To do this, press and hold the small button on the lens focus tab, then rotate the lens tab.  This will completely disable autofocus and you will be fully manually focusing from then on.  To go back to autofocus, rotate the tab back past infinity and you will feel a click.  That’s it, you’re autofocusing now.

I am having the same issue, when I am in manual focus and I set it on my subject then I half press the shutter button the focus changes to auto and the camera changes the focus point.

If the camera is autofocusing, then it’s not in manual focus mode. As said above you need to unlock it to focus in manual mode, as per the manual instructions.
