SL2-S Shutter Button Noise

Hello folks. I just picked up an SL2-S and notice the shutter button is quite clicky. By that I mean when pressed fully it sounds like a loud plastic click. I have not experienced this on the Q2 / M240 or other cameras. Can anyone with an SL2-S advise me if this is normal? I would have though this would have been silent. It might seem trivial but in a quiet room it is very noticeable when in electronic shutter mode. I've attached a video example.

That's the noise mine makes when I hold my ear to it.

Never noticed it before, it's usually absorbed by the sound I have on for electronic shutter.

Yes it is normal.

If you use the battery grip you will notice that the sound for that is different, a little more plastic.

I think this is impossible to judge from a forum post. All I can say is that my SL2-S makes a soft click. It is by no means silent, but quiet enough for me to use close in among play rehearsals without distracting the actors.

I would consider this loud enough to distract actors. I'm passing a Leica store on Monday, I'll pop in and compare.
