I think it comes down to what you're most comfortable using.  I've used LR Classic for years and it's come a long way.  I'll often also use PS for a few things if a photo needs it and sometimes DXO Color Effex Pro for a couple of tools.  Sometimes nothing at all, or very little.  It all kind of depends on the look I'm trying to achieve.

Tbh, when I am on the run, I mostly use RAW converter from Converter365: https://www.converter365.com/image-converter/raw

Its pretty simple when you need to convert something fast, I also used it for some more serious work too.
