Schwer zu sagen. Generell ist der Gold natürlich „weniger weich“ als etwa der Portra und hat auch weniger Belichtungsspielraum – und grisselig wird es ja gerne dann, wenn man vielleicht nicht so ganz perfekt belichtet hat. Dann mag die Art der Digitalisierung noch eine Rolle spielen (hier härterer Nikon-Scan statt weicherem Abfotografieren) und am Schluss noch das fehlende Geheimrezept für die Verkleinerung körniger Bilder für die Forensoftware. Letzteres ist wirklich ein Problem: Gucke ich mir das Bild nach dem Anklicken auf einem Full-HD-Bildschirm an, kommt es deutlich grisseliger als etwa auf dem Macbook, dem iPad oder dem Handy.
