Wifi Menu on my M11 does not appear to behave like the manual says it should

In the manual it says that the wifi can be turned on and off by pressing the appropriate button in the Status screen. If I press it, that is not what happens. I get a screen that has Connectivity, Pairing and Delete Device as options.

There is not "Wifi Sleep Mode" option which the manual says there should be.

I expect that I am doing something incorrectly. Does anyone know what?

3 modes are avalable.

Eco : BT is on for GPS tagging, and on request it turns Wifi on when the phone sends request.

Airplane: OFF

Performance: BT and WIFI always on.

you will need to read the manuals of the issued firmare, the main PDF does not get updated often.

This is not completely correct. Performance means that the WiFi module is enabled. However, WiFi signals are only sent when there is a connection with the app. The connection establishment is supposed to be faster in Performance. However, there is not much to notice.
