Probably. Did you take this shot last Fall? She was in the water for about three months or so.

Currently sitting in the boatyard, this is the Hawaiian Chieftain, a sister ship to the Lady Washington which has appeared in multiple shows and movies, including Pirates of the Caribbean. Sadly the Hawaiian Chieftain is not out sailing since it is for sale after a several year renovation.

This image is a composite of three bracketed exposures to handle the bright summer day.

Lovely shot.  Is that the ship I saw last fall docked in Port Townsend?  Looks the same when I compare it to my photos.  Looks like we will be bypassing Port Townsend this year on our trip.  You'll just have to post more shots for me to enjoy.

Most likely. Was docked on Water Street for about three months. You may have also seen the Lady Washington which was here for about a week last fall.

Anyone who wants to be able to photograph this ship on a regular basis now has the opportunity. It's for sale for $2.8M. :) Just need some extra pocket change to hire a large crew to sail her.
