thai.charlie Posted November 10, 2007 Share #3 Posted November 10, 2007 Dunno how fast the M8 writes files to the cards (and that will more likely be the bottleneck to the card's speed -- card will possibly be able to write faster than the M8 can write to it), but all that aside, you WILL notice a speed difference when it comes time for you to copy that card back to your computer. Extreme III being faster than Ultra II, Ultra II being faster than standard "blue" Sandisk card, etc. Link to post Share on other sites More sharing options...

I tested my Ultra II versus my Extreme II and in the M8 there was not a huge difference in write times. This if just from memory, but I think it was only 10-15% quicker with the Extreme III.
