I have had no back focus issues; it seems to be right on as it came out of the box. The two things I need it for are available light, and the shllow depth of field. the enclosed is in a dark Horse Auction Ring, and it seems to be just the right lens for thre job. There was an error on the credit card number, so I got a call from Leica USA and a tracking number, so I knew it was on its way!
