Kostia Posted May 7, 2023 Share #1 Posted May 7, 2023 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hello, I turn on my M10, which I haven't used for several days, and my Live View rear screen sends me a greenish and pinkish image of the scene on the white surfaces, and a brownish color on the red carpet! Do I have a problem with the electronics that would be failing? A point of view would be helpful if I missed something. Thank you.

ramarren Posted May 11, 2023 Share #5 Posted May 11, 2023 If those kinds of colors/image persist, send the camera in for evaluation and repair. There's something obviously not right, whether with the LCD or the supporting electronics only a technician with appropriate diagnostics equipment can say. G ... I had an issue with my recently acquired, used M10-R body: I fitted the Visoflex 020 and it did not power on as it ought to. I turned the camera off and, thinking that it probably had not been used with a Visoflex in a long time, I simply installed and removed the Visoflex about 10 times to hopefully clean the contacts. That worked perfectly: It now works first time, every time. Otherwise, I'd have sent it to Leica for service...
Kostia Posted May 11, 2023 Author Share #6 Posted May 11, 2023 Thank you for your answer. I just received a notice from the customer service in Wetzlar where I sent the same pictures. I have to send the device to be repaired for an estimated cost between 430 and 950 euros depending on the failure... It is a second hand device bought on Ebay Kleinanzeigen a month ago. Really bad luck! 🤑
