How to install a preset in Lr Mobile, Ipad

I just bought a preset form Osborne but I can not install it. I have only expierences with DNG preset but not wit this kind of file

I can not see what kind of file it is. I cant open it and there is no zip on it. There are no extensies 

Can somebody advice me how to work?

This is not possible with the CC and mobile versions of the apps.  The profiles are designed to be used in LR Classic.

I got the wrong file. Finally I got the right one in a Zip. The files where xml and I could not add them to my mobile or Ipad. After a long time of searching I could add the files in my phone file, Android/Data/ com.adobe/ etc etc

It works now but it took me a week pfff
