I'd guess it is. Santacolor was originally a Russian air surveillance film that they stopped importing after the war began (and sold off the remaining stocks to raise money for Ukraine). Now the label says 'Made in USA', which must mean Kodak, and Elektra is supposedly Kodak's air surveillance film, Aerocolor IV.

Yup, they are all the same, and are very nice.  I've been using the Luminaire 100 variety, just because it was the cheapest!  Bought it from popho.ca.

Thanks!  This film does seem to have a warm, peachy tone to it.  Which I like.  But something to be aware of.
