It happened to me today. My photos come out with a mysterious halo in the library. However, they do not appear in Revealed. Do you know what happens? Thank you

It looks as though the Library module is showing you the embedded JPEG preview which is low resolution and quality, while the Develop module has generated a proper preview from the full data. See the text box at the bottom right in the Library display. It says "Previsualazisión incrustada" - I understand a little Spanish but this is somewhat beyond me! The English equivalent is something like "Embedded preview", and as @Le Chef says it will disappear and you will have a normal display once the system has caught up.
