The glass is in excellent condition.  The helicoid at far distance is stiff.  At close distance, the helicoid is smooth. Nothing that a CLA will not remedy. Mounted on an M240-P at F1.5, portrait images with busy backgrounds are classic Summarex with very painterly bokeh.

Any additional information that you might have concerning #593122 would be much appreciated.
