The stage was fairly dark only lit by several small spot lights but when I reviewed the images on my computer, I was stunned by the quality of them. Nothing artistic or dramatic but I am very happy with the results. Used mainly 35mm and 50mm cron. Wide open, ISO 640, SS 1/30. At 10 they shut down and the only light is from the streetlamp and the lights they leave on inside. Our village redid the main street and changed all of the lamps to insect friendly orange mercury. I was amazed that the M8 captured the color balance correctly - especially because I have been having problems (the same ones everyone seems to have) with erratic white balance. Handheld.
