Lead on a chrome 50 Summilux ASPH?

Hi everyone. I've been scouring the web for a 50mm Summilux ASPH. I've found a few black ones and may pick one of those up. It seems that chrome versions are all dried up in the states.

Anyone know of one for sale? New or used (preferably the latter). Anyone have one they want to trade (+cash of course) for a just-Leica-CLAed and coded black 50 Summicron?

Lastly, anyone want to trade their coded 21mm Elmarit ASPH for my coded 24mm Elmarit ASPH? Anyone care to advise me not to do this? I just got the 28mm 'cron and love it; I'd like to push my current wide a bit wider as a result though.

If this belongs in the buy & sell, feel free to move it. To me it's not really a WTB (more of a WTF--er, want to find).

Oh... I thought, in looking at the title, before I got into the actual body of text, that you were worried about LEAD in the chrome Summilux. Thought you might be worried that your toddler was licking the lens or something...

hahaha. No. I think that lens is heavy enough as-is. Lead would be unnecessary (though who knows...there's got to be some fool who ordered a lead M a-la-carte)...

I'd be worried if my son started licking my lenses, regardless of the finish...

Great picture. I miss the clarity of purpose and the 3-D of the shots I used to get with my Contax G1. Digital gets me shots, but the there just isn't there.

Oh well, if the dollar ever goes back up maybe I can get a digital RF.

Thanks Dana. That photo was taken with a very old lens which I inherited from a great uncle.

Update: got me grubby hands on a silver 50mm summilux ASPH.

Still taking advice/offers though on the great 24mm-21mm exchange of 2007.
