robertwright Posted November 1, 2007 Share #1 Posted November 1, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) FYI- Mac version 3.7.1 of Capture One DB has a de-moire Photoshop Plugin located in the extras folder on the disc image. You can download older versions of C1 from their website. They have a list. After 3.7.1 the de-moire plugin was built in to C1 DB. But this was included free. Don't know if it works on CS3, I really hope it does...saved my bacon today... Beginning to think the M8 is not a good tool for corporate photography, the ties, jackets and dress shirts are all minefields! Whereas the day before, shooting skater kids in Brooklyn wearing jeans and t-shirts-no problemo.

erl Posted November 1, 2007 Share #3 Posted November 1, 2007 FYI- Beginning to think the M8 is not a good tool for corporate photography, the ties, jackets and dress shirts are all minefields! Interesting obs. Robert. I use my M8 constantly for such work as well as everything else. Never, so far, come across a moire problem. I'm talking 11 months use to date. I do see a "moire" pattern on certain display resolutions or magnifications sometimes, but that is nothing to do with the M8. That is purely a screen display artifact. Never happened to me on real output.
