Advertisement Posted October 26, 2007 Posted October 26, 2007 Hi Learner, Take a look here Flash Question: Digilux 3 and Canon 420EX Speedlite. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
Wolfgang Stutzle Posted December 27, 2008 Share #2 Posted December 27, 2008 It will, but only in manual mode, and you need to insulate the dedicated conections. sticky tape will do but you have to replace it everytime you fit the flash. if you don't have a canon that accepts this flash you possibly can open it up and simply cut the dedicated wires (on canon they are the ones arranged in a square) i have a Nissin flash made for canon film cams, gave it the snip as above and use it on my digilux 2 & 3, in fact it would work on any camera, again, only in manual. Bo_Lorentzen Posted December 27, 2008 Share #3 Posted December 27, 2008 John, it really do not "work" so to speak. Look for a secondhand FL36 olympus on ebay, its a perfect match and a very diverse litle flash unit.
