Mark Antony Posted October 28, 2007 Share #21 Posted October 28, 2007 Advertisement (gone after registration) ... after having used D76 a lot with Tri-X (and being convinced this is great), I now would like to try Rodinal again.Any time recommendations (1+50, 19°C) for this combination? Thanks in advance, Christian I give it 13 mins at 20°C 1:50 with two inversions per min, I like the results and it has the added bonus of being the same time as APX 100 so I can mix and dev at the same time Some like it at 200 ISO and for that I'd use 8-9 mins with same agitation. If you like grain and high contrast push it to 1600ISO then dev in Rodinal 1:50 for 20 mins for that 'reportage' look. For faster I prefer TMZ or Ilford 3200. This shot was Tri-X rated at 800ISO developed in Ilfotec HC (tighter grain than Rodinal) Mark
