been doing a bit of traveling and just havent had time to process any photos until this past weekend.

this is an old cabin just below the childhood house i grew up in, so it has some sentimental value to me.

This is art to me.  I was raised in the US Midwest and this is such a common sight (besides the fact it's on a hill, that is  :lol: ).  The sense of nostalgia it evokes causes a momentary pause in wandering and gives rise to reflections on different times in my life.

I recently had one of my Monochrom shots enlarged for a wall mural for our reception area in the office and was blown away by the detail that this print held.  Overall dims for the enlargement are 166" x 120". You can look into the building windows and see what's inside these rooms. Even at this size there is minimal grain.  The original (below) was shot with a Tri-Elmer 16-18-21 at ISO 800.  This image shot with 21mm Summilux-M.
