Huh, Leica M cameras do not have diopter wheel next to their viewfinder. There is no Leica M camera that has ever been made with a diopter adjustment built-in. You must be thinking of a different line of Leica cameras (i.e. SL/CL/Q cameras). Leica M cameras require accessory correction lenses that are screwed into the viewfinder eyepiece to correct the cameras diopter adjustment.

I was thinking of the Visoflex, which I always use with my longer lenses (90mm & 135mm). I don't need the adjustment, but I have bumped the wheel and then had trouble focusing.
