Still, I do agree, I do a lot of sway focusing, but you need to be careful that you don't get so out of balance that camera shake comes in to play. Nice swing picture too. The swing picture was all I had at hand to illustrate the technique. I also shot a bit of basketball with the M8 and Nocti and it worked well there too.
