Ghettogurke Posted December 20, 2022 Share #1 Posted December 20, 2022 Advertisement (gone after registration) Hey everyone! This might be a very special question, but I hope someone knows the answer. I've been lucky to get a good deal on a mint Leica D-Lux 18237 from 2003 and I know it uses regular SD cards as storage. But how big of a SD card can it handle? Originally it came with a "big" 64MB card. But will it handle a let's say 1GB one? Or 512MB? I'm not sure if there are any limitations or if I should get some old, small SD cards as replacements. Does any1 know an answer to this very specific question? Thank you very much! Advertisement Posted December 20, 2022 Posted December 20, 2022 Hi Ghettogurke, Take a look here Leica D-Lux 18237 (2003) SD Card question. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
wda Posted December 20, 2022 Share #2 Posted December 20, 2022 (edited) Welcome. That card is probably the maximum which the processor can use. As you only capture JPEGS, it will be big enough. Have fun. Edited December 20, 2022 by wda
