Janos Grapow Posted December 16, 2022 Share #1 Posted December 16, 2022 Advertisement (gone after registration) With my SL2S I don't seem to be able to see the the exposure simulation when in S mode unless I press on the shutter button. I'm not on floating ISO mode and in live view settings I have toggled between P A S and P A S M. Where as in M mode the exposure simulation works perfectly. Just as an example when I am in a room with very low light and the camera setting is on 50 ISO with a 1/500 shutter speed in live view mode P A S and P A S M I see it exposed perfectly. As I lightly press the shutter button the image turns dark, when I then take the photograph the resulting file is what I saw when my shutter button is slightly pressed. What I would like to have is to see the exposure simulation mode without having to press the shutter button, so I can make the necessary changes and see the result immediately without having to go back and forth. Thanks for your feedback.
