Can the older lenses keep up with the 60mp on the M11

Unless you can provide samples from each to let us see exactly what you are talking about your post is completely meaningless. You will also have to explain what you understand to be 'better' image quality with the M10R.

jaja I know this. The left is M11, and the another is M10R . and I  have other situations to tell the same differences. I  think maybe the M11 is indeed designed to be used with the modern design lens, especially the APO ones.

This statement seems technically kind of odd as the optimization from 11873 to newer designs with FLE is just optimizing for the flat digital sensor.

The image results of my M11 are more than just a small improvement of the M10 models.

You have misfocussed as far as I see.

M11 on the left focus is on the green plant.

M10R on the right focus is on the sign and writing

I agree with both the previous posters; the focus-point has changed noticeably. Additionally as the lighting / reflections(?) are also different it is impossible to make a meaningless comparison between these two images.

In order to do so you will need to shoot under controlled conditions; i.e. exactly the same subject matter under exactly the same lighting conditions at exactly the same exposure settings and ensure that the focus-point is identical with both bodies / lens(es).

Using a tripod will be a very good starting point as will be shooting in such a place where the light source cannot change between frames.

Good luck.

Philip.

It's really hard to match focus between 2 cameras or 2 lenses on the same camera. You should use a tripod, and focus with an EVF or Live View with a magnifying loupe for the rear screen. Even then you may need to focus bracket and cherry pick images with focus that matches.
