For this I use RAWsamples.ch. Currently raw files for Digilux 2, DLUX-3, M8 and V-LUX 1 are available. I need it to write the wiki for ufraw (ufraw.sourceforge.net, open source raw converter). Look in the menu on the right side of each camera product page and select "Performance Proofs".
