Paul Heiney Posted November 24, 2022 Share #1 Posted November 24, 2022 Advertisement (gone after registration) If was wandering London last night looking at Christmas stuff and was probably taking one shot roughly every five/ten minutes (D Lux 7). In the interests of battery economy, I was wondering if it was better to shut down the camera between shots, or keep it running? I guess the screen uses quite a lot of power, but I'm an EVF user (not certain if I can disable the screen); but equally, since the camera is largely a computer, the power demands on repeated start up must be significant - just wondering.
