Mark Antony Posted October 3, 2007 Share #3 Posted October 3, 2007 Looks very good Robert. Even dare I say a little flat The main problem with the old Kodak TP was keeping down the contrast, hard even with LC developers. Another roll for me to try out! As an aside who actually make this film, is it a microfilm re-branded like the Gigabit? Or is it a normal Pan fine grain film? I wonder how it compares to Adox CMS 20. So many questions, so many films so little time. Mark
fotohuis Posted October 3, 2007 Author Share #4 Posted October 3, 2007 This is the result of a coorperation between Gigabit and Rollei/Maco. Gigabit is offering the film with their HDR chemicals. Interesting detail is that the densitometer measurement gave me an iso 32+ with this SPUR Imagespeed developer and visually you're right, it looks even a little flat which is not the case on the final photo print. The big disadvantage of all real mico films is the grey scale and contrast. Another thing is the low sensitivity which is going down to iso 12-20. Further ATP-V1 has an extended red sensitivity (like the Kodak TP) till 700 nm.
