Okay i have bag aquisition disease as well as lenses. I need a doctor
Iron Flatline Posted October 1, 2007 Share #3 Â Posted October 1, 2007 Great, now I want one of those... Â Actually, I've been using the small Lowepro Sling-Bag (the model 100) and must say it works well for an RF, three lenses, a charger, and various supplies. Â Not me, I'm a little balder at this point... Â

Okay i have bag aquisition disease as well as lenses. I need a doctor  Guy, In his review, Sean says you put him on to the bag.  This doctor says ytou will feel a lot better if you put all your wide lenses in one of these bags, pad carefully, and ship to me. You'll never notice they're missing....  Best regerds,
Guest guy_mancuso Posted October 1, 2007 Share #5 Â Posted October 1, 2007 LOL lens on the way Bill. Yes i did recommend the IS to him, Nice to see he did a write up on it. Really nice bag . Mine i can hold two M8's with shorter lens attached 50 lux down . Than i can get 4 more lenses like the 135,90,75 and the Wate in the front section which is really nice when you need the system with you but takes up a small space on your hip. The only trouble I have is if you take both bodies out than the front section get's a little forward lean and loses it's balance a little but putting some longer glass in that spot helps when your actually running around shooting with it. I customized my bag a little from some inserts from the Oskar Day bag , so have to read what Sean came up with as far as capacity

Like a CV15m and 35 cron could easily be stacked if needed. The tallest lens the 135mm apo is about the limit so you can figure that out from the size of a lens that will fit in front.  here is some images from the website. i put in a extra divider in the front so it's 4 slots Welcome, dear visitor! gesper Posted October 1, 2007 Share #8 Â Posted October 1, 2007 I have the Oskar One Day bag which seems to be the same size as the large section of the Image Smith, but with a foldover flap instead of the zipper. I only have one rangefinder, so the Oskar is perfect for my M8 and four lenses. I am getting a Noctilux tomorrow, though, so will have to see if I can jam that in there too. carstenw Posted October 1, 2007 Share #10 Â Posted October 1, 2007 What's that round black and yellow thing on the far right that has the number 400 on it? A single-usage, gelatin-based, chemically provoked, airport-sensitive, M8-incompatible, M6-compatible strip-sensor. I hear that the B&W editions named Tri-X are still worth the trouble. Riley Posted October 2, 2007 Share #12 Â Posted October 2, 2007 oh God, another bag thread, oh well there used to be a little Billingham that took a small or RF body and a couple of lenses has the usual two pockets on the front for accessories anyone remember what it was called ? stunsworth Posted October 2, 2007 Share #13 Â Posted October 2, 2007 Rob, Alice? Â If the bag does leak though the uncovered zips - as mentioned as a possibility in the review by Sean - then for many of us it would be less than useless, especially given the summer we've had in many parts of Northern Europe. Â Perhaps filling the bag with newspaper and putting it under a shower for a few seconds would answer the leak question.

Travelling now but home tomorrow.  As for capacity - 7 medium sized RF lenses without stacking:  R-D1 with lens, M8 with lens, one more lens (main compartment) 4 more lenses (smaller compartment)  Stacking would allow for several more lenses if needed.  Cheers,  Sean

But handy for travel
voightL Posted October 4, 2007 Share #19  Posted October 4, 2007 Me too. Cheers,  Sean   Hi Sean, Where did you order the spare divider? I wrote to PhotoVillage, they only have the replacement foam for the larger compartment. Thanks.  Cheers, mike

She's also a professional photographer. Look around at your local Ritz camera or the like and you'll likely find a case with a divider that you can use. It may have come from a smaller Lowepro camera backpack but I have so much stuff floating around here, I can't recall.  Cheers,
