No. Why rely on someone else’s decisions for my pics?  And then restrict my ability to take advantage of future editing software updates? (I’ve reprinted pics made a dozen years ago with noteworthy improvements due to better software.)  I shoot to make pics worthy of making my own prints, not for online or social media posts.  Don’t think I’ve ever made a print, going back to the 80’s and later digitally, without some tweaking, small or significant.  RAW/DNG provides that flexibility.

One could always shoot RAW and JPEG - storage is relatively cheap- and compare; but I’ve never seen the need.  Better for me to just take advantage of the endlessly flexible and marvelous files that a (Monochrom) camera can produce.

My cameras are perpetually set to raw capture only because I prefer to make my rendering decisions after I make my exposures rather than at the same time. However, I did a little walk test with the M10M by fitting a deep orange filter and going on a walk with the camera set to JPEG only. Modulo getting my exposure right on the money, it produced superb photos straight out of the camera that required no additional rendering work at all.

So if that's what you're after, yes, it can do it.  :)
