Focus point — stay centered?

Hello all,

Is there a way to quickly get the focus point back to the center of the screen (or even lock it there)?

Oftentimes I pick up the camera, or hand it over to someone to take a picture, but the focus point is way off in a corner. 

Any suggestions?

You can't lock it, but you can double-tap the rear screen to recenter. Works while looking through the EVF as well.

I didn't realize you could do that while looking through the EVF -- duh!  🙂
