jrethorst Posted September 25, 2022 Share #1 Posted September 25, 2022 Advertisement (gone after registration) The Digilux 2 has long been thought to be a nice camera at ISO 100, but the old sensor is just too noisy at the camera's maximum of ISO 400. A post in another forum said that with modern noise reduction software, 400 is now usable. What software would be a good choice for that?

LocalHero1953 Posted September 25, 2022 Share #2 Posted September 25, 2022 (edited) Topaz DeNoise AI. I haven't tried it with Digilux files, but it has been excellent for CL, SL, SL2-S, Q2. Edited September 25, 2022 by LocalHero1953
wda Posted September 25, 2022 Share #3 Posted September 25, 2022 Lightroom has an excellent noise reduction feature, but you need to balance that feature against loss of sharpness.
