Stills while shooting video on SL2

Can anyone help. I recall there was, while shooting video, the possibility (at least with SL) to shoot stills without interrupting the video as long as one sticks to FHD (or lower quality).

I can't find settings for this on my SL2.

I'd like to have the video-still toggle button (next to top lcd) to be video start-stop button and keep shutter for stills.

If possible - where is it in the menu or other way of setting it up? (Long press of the toggle button gives long list of choices but no video on-off available).
