lambroving Posted August 16, 2006 Share #2 Posted August 16, 2006 Seb used to recommend this place. Genesis Imaging All disclaimers... If you hop on the Underground, there's a good pub in Parsons Green. The White Horse Pub at Parson's Green, London
Guest Seb V Posted August 16, 2006 Share #3 Posted August 16, 2006 HI Brad Genesis is still good, they are off New King's Rd and will turn around in 24 hrs. William is right about the pub, it is one of the best in London and a few minutes walk from Genesis. If you are in Kensington, the Windsor Castle pub on Campden Hill Rd is quite nice too - very low beamed ceilings and decent sausages - the starting points for any good pub as far as I'm concerned. There's also the Tomas Demand exhibition at the Serpentine Gallery in Kensington Gardens - a nice walk to an ok exhibition. ~Seb
wattsy Posted August 16, 2006 Share #4 Posted August 16, 2006 Metro in Chelsea are probably the most conveniently located lab to where you will be. Genesis are fine too but they don't offer anything Metro don't and prices will be similar. Metro Chelsea are here.
lambroving Posted August 16, 2006 Share #5 Posted August 16, 2006 Seb, Forgot to mention the Windsor Castle. Excellent Sunday Roast in the garden if the weather is nice and sometimes loads of interesting cars in the street outside the garden! The White Horse always has the best-kept ales though. Try some Hopback Summer Lightning if they have it up now. Fantastic!
