luetz Posted August 10, 2022 Share #21 Posted August 10, 2022 Advertisement (gone after registration) I believe LR Classic(subscription) to be a good choice. It has a relatively low "learning curve" for a professional editing software and bundles with Photoshop and more at a very reasonable cost in my part of the world(Canada). Endless support through "creative cloud" with many tutorials .
Advertisement Posted August 10, 2022 Posted August 10, 2022 Hi luetz, Take a look here Editing software for someone with limited experience. I'm sure you'll find what you were looking for!
harmen Posted August 11, 2022 Share #22 Posted August 11, 2022 I’m not sure the experience will be limited for long. Do consider if you’d like a program that satisfies your needs still after you’ve become familiar with its essentials. For me that’s Capture One. Camaro5 Posted August 11, 2022 Share #23 Posted August 11, 2022 One thing that many people do when they first get started is get carried away with all the adjustments and end up over-processing their images. It's easy to do and we've all done it. With a Q2 if an image is correctly exposed, I've found they really don't need too much processing, sometimes none at all. I have the LR Classic & Photoshop bundle and the Nik plug-in. With Q2 images I rarely have to go beyond a few LR basic adjustments.
