Don't think that there is such a filter. It depends how your editing software translates color files to B&W. You can adjust color channels to align with the QM/Q2M output using images of color charts.

There is no filter that does what you want.  Any color filters placed in front of your Q2 lens will only block light and make it more difficult to adjust your color conversion process in post.  Best if you only use the color sliders in your software after importing the raws.
