It might still be on display, so if anyone finds him/herself in Paris these days, it's worthwhile to spend some time there. Depardon's Leica M4 is on display, but, curiously, he said (in a video interview) before he went to Leica, he used an Asahi-Pentax with a 500mm mirror reflex lens for street photography, especially in Algiers and other places in North Africa and the Middle East.
